News and Upcoming Events/Meetings for Windemere

Welcome to Windemere

Windemere is a gated community of 136 single family homes in Palm Harbor, Florida bordered by Brooker Creek Preserve and one of the communities in the Ridgemoor Neighborhood.

This is a community run site to provide HOA information, community news and meetings/events for our residents.  For the official HOA documents and site, see the Sentry Management website to access your Windemere portal.  Please ensure your email and contact info are updated at the Sentry website.  If you are not registered for the portal, or if you need to reset your UserID or password, instructions can be found at Portal Registration Guide.

How can I access Windemere HOA documents?

Some basic Windemere HOA documents can be accessed through this website under the Documents tab. Residents can find information regarding community rules, regulations and forms to stay informed. Complete HOA documents are accessible by signing into the community management companies portal.

There are restrictions on exterior modifications to the home.  Review the community guidelines and submit an ARC Request form for any changes, such as Paint, Roof, Driveways, etc…

The gate serves Windemere, Salem Square and Devonshire and is managed by Ridgemoor Master Association.  Harbeck Hospitality is the management company for RMA and is the contact for gate updates and remotes.

Are there Community Meetings?

Board meetings are held regularly.  Typically at the East Lake Community Fire House Common Room.

The Ridgemoor Master Association covers 17 different communities within the Ridgemoor area of Palm Harbor.  As the Master Association, they are responsible for maintenance of common areas outside of specific communities, gates (in our case), ponds and Central Park.  In Windemere, the Ridgemoor Master Association monthly assessment is paid separately from Windemere.  See the Additional tab for more info on Ridgemoor Master Association.

Information on the Ridgemoor Bridge replacement projects is posted on this site under the Resources Tab:  Resources
